DRIVER REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM
As a reward for recruiting new Driver’s to the Van’s Team, Van’s will pay Referral Bonus as follows;
- A $500.00 Bonus when the new driver completes 6 months of continuous active duty.
- An additional $500.00 Bonus when the new driver completes 12 months of continuous active duty.
Notes: The new driver must qualify for a Safety Bonus for 5 out of the 6 months of active duty and 5 out of the next 6 months of active duty in order to be eligible for the Referral Bonus. In the event the new driver fails to achieve 5 Safety Bonus’ in the first 6 months of employment, causing you to be disqualified for the 6 month bonus, but does achieve at least 5 out of 6 Safety Bonus’ in the next 6 months, you will receive the 12 month Bonus.[spacer height=”20px”]
